Terms & Conditions

Below are our current trading terms, shipping policies and lead times on custom orders...

Custom Orders

Custom Orders are made to order upon receipt of payment, timeframes vary depending on the products ordered. As a guide, Drinking Horns may take between 4-10 days; pendants 3-5 days; custom bindrune designs 5-7 days *complex designs may take longer as discussed in your quote*. 

Other custom items vary between 3-14 days to be made, packaged and posted.

Shipping Policies

We use Australia Post to send all orders out to our customers. There are several options for you to choose from during checkout depending on the total size and weight of your order. 

 

You can opt for standard post, which is generally delivered within 3-4 business days once lodged at the Post Office, or Express Post which is usually delivered within 2 business days once lodged.

Any delays on shipping or delays within the postal network are generally displayed on the banner at the top of our website - alternatively you can find delays within the postal network listed on the Australia Post website.

Damaged Items

All orders are packaged by hand and the utmost care is always taken to ensure products are packaged as carefully and securely as possible. Unfortunately once they have been posted we have no control over the Postal Service, we DO everything we can to avoid damages but can not be responsible for lost or stolen packages and as such if your order has been delivered (every package includes tracking) there are no refunds.

We are looking into adding insurance and signature on delivery as options during checkout - please feel free to request this if you'd like to be covered (approximately an additional $3 - $10 depending on order value, can be paid via bank deposit)

Returns & Refunds

We do not accept returns for change of mind; cancelled orders may incur an administration fee of 10% of the order total. We do not offer change of mind returns on custom orders, once these items are agreed on and payment has been made they are not refundable unless cancelled by The Rune Guy.  Deposits for custom orders and designs are non-refundable.

Any returns, exchanges or refund requests must be made in writing to info@theruneguy.com within 24 hours of receiving your order and the item/s in question must be returned in sellable, unused and undamaged condition at the customers expense if the request is accepted.

 

Refund requests are at the discretion of The Rune Guy and any staff members based on individual circumstances.

Readings & Healings

You must be aged 18 or over to book a reading/healing, teenagers aged 16/17 may be considered with parental consent at the discretion of The Rune Guy.

 

Readings, Healings and Healing Consultations are not a substitution for professional medical advice, please see your registered medical practitioner if advised to do so and as a follow up after any healing sessions.
